Sunshine Coast mushroom farmers SJW Mushrooms have protected their electricity dependent business from blackouts as well as reducing their ongoing electricity costs with the commissioning of the largest private solar hybrid system in Queensland by MaxiSolar.
Our Mushrooms have been featured on My Kitchen Rules, where the guys scored a 10 for their Mushroom Ravioli in Porcini Broth. So proud! Plus it was the first dish to score a 10 for the season.
